Our open days/evenings provide a wonderful opportunity for you to meet and talk to staff and pupils and view our state-of-the-art facilities including our new Sixth Form and Performing Arts Centre.

Our next Working Open Day and Evening will be in the eraly part of the Autumn 2008/2009 term. Watch this space for confirmation of the exact date....

Working Open Day guided tours:  9.15 am, 11.00 am and 1.30 pm:  A tour will allow you the opportunity to experience what life is like at St Dominic's and speak to staff and pupils who will be happy to answer questions you may have.  Interested parents should contact the Admissions Officer to make an appointment.

Open Evening:  4.00 pm - 7.00 pm:  Come and join the staff and pupils for an evening at St Dominic's.  You will have the opportunity to experience our facilities including the new Sixth Form and Performing Arts Centre over an informal chat and light refreshments.  The evening is open to everyone and no appointments are necessary.

Pupils across all years act as tour guides and there are demonstrations and exhibitions of pupils’ work, which can be viewed at leisure whilst enjoying a coffee.

St Dominic’s is renowned for its music and dramatic excellence. During our Open days, there is the opportunity to see pupils performing in a variety of concerts.

As the leading Independent girls’ school in Staffordshire, St Dominic’s achieves consistent outstanding results with pupils from a wide ability range. Our results consistently exceed those of our more highly selective competitors. We believe this is testament to our philosophy of small class sizes, individual monitoring, highly trained staff and dedicated pastoral care.
