FEES STATEMENT

AUTUMN TERM 2010 – SUMMER TERM 2012

SENIOR DEPARTMENT                                     

Senior 7, 8 & 9                     £3,611.00

Senior 10, 11, 12 & 13           £3,780.00 

All textbooks and teaching materials, along with all extended day activities are inclusive in the fees.                                                                                                      

REGISTRATION AND ACCEPTANCE 

  • A non-refundable registration fee of £25.00 is required with each application to enter the school. 
  • An admissions deposit of £200.00 is payable to confirm a place at the school from Preparatory upwards.

PAYMENT TERMS – JUNIOR AND SENIOR DEPARTMENTS    

  • A 1.5% prompt payment discount is offered for early payment by 13th August, 17th December and 8th April respectively. 
  • An advance payment discount of 5% is available for full payment of fees for the academic years 2010/2011 and 2011/2012 on or before 1st September 2010. 
  • Otherwise payments are due strictly on the first day of each term. The right is reserved to make late payment charges calculated on a daily basis at 3% per month, from the first day of each term. 
  • Payments can be made electronically to Allied Irish Bank, account number 26773050, sort code 23-85-85. Please ensure your child’s pupil reference number is shown on your payment details.
  • A monthly direct debit payment scheme administered by Holmwoods Termtime Collections is available for parents (please ask for further details).  
  • Discount for families is offered:
    • Eldest child                           No discount
    • Next eldest child                   10% discount
    • Next eldest child                   15% discount    
  • Scholarships are awarded for Academic, Performing Arts; Drama, Music, Dance, or Art or Sport.  
  • Means tested Bursaries are available – details upon request.
