Admissions Policy
PREPARATORY DEPARTMENT
- Applicants are interviewed and shown round the school by the Headteacher and/or representatives from the Preparatory School. Trial days in school are offered to prospective pupils, when observations/assessments can take place.
- Entry points are available throughout the Preparatory School as long as places are available.
- We accept a wide ability range, but a minimum level of performance is required to demonstrate an ability to access the curriculum we offer. Admission is not dependant on race or religion.
N.B. Contact is always made with the Head of the previous school before a place at St. Dominic's H.S.G. is offered.
- Registration Fee - on registering your child a £25.00 administration charge is payable.
- Acceptance of a Place -a non-refundable Joining Fee of £200.00 is payable.
- Withdrawal of a pupil from school requires a full term's notice in writing (see Standard Terms and Conditions, section 5) otherwise a full term's fees are payable in lieu of notice.
