Extra Curricular Activities
St Dominic’s provides an all-inclusive extended day facility for all pupils of all abilities.
This flourishing after-school programme enables students to extend and enhance the curriculum in a challenging, exciting and fun way.
The programme is changed every half term to meet pupils’ requirements and includes activities such as Duke of Edinburgh Award, Spanish, Fencing, Beauty Club, Gymnastics, Jewellery Making, Japanese, Freestyle Dance, Music, Chess Club and Table Tennis, to name but a few.

Gifted & Talented Education (GATE) programme
The Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) programme offers able pupils the opportunity to be challenged by extra activities and work in class.

Junior School Extended Day Activities
Our all-inclusive extended day activities provide opportunities for pupils to develop strength of body and team-building skills with activities such as Fun Japanese, Kung Fu, Ballroom dancing, ICT Club and Drama Club.

Senior School Extended Day Activities
The Senior School also has a wide variety of extra curricular activities, which currently include Theatre Studies, Trampolining, Christmas cake craft, Astronomy, Orchestra and Destination Imagination.
