The 'Raise a Grand Ball', organised by the Friends and held on 13th October 2007, proved to be a fantastic event.  The magnificent amount of £13,873.12 was raised. 

The Grand piano has now been purchased and has pride of place in the Music Room of the new Sixth Form and Performing Arts Centre.  It looks splendid and sounds beautiful. 

A huge 'Thank You' to the Friends and everyone who supported the Grand Ball so that the school could enjoy this beautiful instrument.
